Our take
A wound from a Basic Attack puts the Survivor on Haemorrhage and Mangled for 70/80/90 seconds, and Bleeding hits 50/75/100% more often over that time. On top of that, Haemorrhage chews through partial Healing Progression 25% faster, so any heal that starts is already losing ground.
How to use it Rewards a Killer who lands Basic Attacks often, since every wound restarts the 70/80/90 seconds. Worth less against a team that heals fast and stays uninjured.
Best for Agitation and Make Your Choice keep the chase going, which is what turns a wound into real bleed time. Tinkerer and Overcharge handle the late game once they are already hurt.
