Our take
Hook a Survivor and everyone standing at least 60/50/40 metres from that Hook lights up as an Aura for 5 seconds. It deliberately skips the survivors near the hook, so what you get is a map of the far half of the map, not the person in front of you.
How to use it Strong right after a hook when the survivors who are not in front of you are the ones you want. Useless at point-blank range, since the survivors who need spotting are inside the exclusion radius.
Best for Nowhere to Hide and Discordance are among the partners, alongside Lethal Pursuer and Pop Goes the Weasel. That is what you want on any hook where the survivors who are not in front of you matter more.
