Description
This description is based on the changes announced for or featured in the upcoming Patch 7.0.0No amount of distraction will shake you from your primary task.
When you are chased by the Killer, Troubleshooter activates:
- The Aura of the Generator with the most progress is revealed to you.
- The Aura of the Killer is revealed to you for 4/5/6 seconds after dropping a Pallet.
These effects linger for 6/8/10 seconds after ending the Chase, after which Troubleshooter deactivates.

Our take
Aura perk. Aura perks reveal or hide Auras (visual indicators of Survivor or object locations). The meta game of aura reading is core to DBD.
How to use it Troubleshooter is most useful in the early game when Survivors are spread across the map. Use the aura info to cut off rotations and force bad chases.
Best for Killers with strong tracking instincts or Survivors who want to play the aura-hiding game.
