Our take
Unhooking someone increases your Altruistic Healing speed by +100% for 30/60/90 seconds, so the heals you give afterwards run at double pace. It counts only healing other people, and it needs you to be the one who did the unhooking.
How to use it Only pays if you do the unhooking yourself, since watching a teammate rescue earns nothing. If nobody gets unhooked, the timer never starts.
Best for Self-Care and Botany Knowledge sit naturally beside it, and Second Wind and Unbreakable can take the same slot instead. For a build that plays rescue first and heal second, this is the one.
